The temperature control equipment inside the communication base station includes four categories: inlet air unit, outlet air unit, temperature sensor and temperature controller.
The inlet fan is responsible for the introduction of outdoor cold air, and the outlet fan is responsible for discharging the air exchanged at the indoor temperature to the outside, thereby promoting the air circulation in the equipment room and reducing the room temperature.
The temperature sensor and controller are responsible for temperature detection in the base station, so as to ensure the normal temperature in the base station and increase the service life of related equipment in the base station.
During the temperature control process in the communication base station, the actual temperature in the communication base station is first detected by the corresponding temperature sensor, and then compared with the threshold temperature of the corresponding standard.
1. When the actual temperature in the communication base station is higher than the actual outdoor temperature, the temperature control system turns on the fan to cool down the temperature in the communication base station.
2. When the actual temperature in the communication base station is equal to the set threshold temperature, stop the fan and stop the indoor cooling.
3. When the actual temperature inside the communication base station is lower than the temperature outside the communication base station, turn on the air conditioner in the communication base station to conduct related heating.
In order to avoid frequent startup of the air conditioner, in the actual threshold temperature setting process, it is stipulated that when the actual temperature in the communication base station is lower than the threshold temperature by 2°C, the cabinet air conditioner will be turned on to heat up.
