As the environment of the communication cabinet is different, the weather environment it needs to face is also different. At the same time, heat dissipation in the cabinet is also an issue that must be considered.
In response to this situation, we have developed peltier air cooler specially suitable for cabinets, with cooling power of 200W, which can be used for both cooling and heating, and can solve a variety of different environmental climates.
Considering that the commonly used voltage in communication base stations is -48V, we designed this peltier air cooler to use a DC -48V power supply. The input voltage range can be controlled between -40V~-58V, and the frequency is 50HZ or 60HZ.
Regarding the material of the fuselage, we mainly use anti-rust and anti-corrosion metal sheet metal as the chassis shell, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of the product in the outdoor rain and snow environment.
Due to the use of semiconductor cooling/heating technology, the cooling and heating modes can be switched at any time. When the temperature in the cabinet rises in summer and affects the normal operation of communication equipment, you can turn on the cooling mode. When the temperature is too low at night in winter, you can use the heating mode to allow the equipment to operate normally at a suitable temperature.
Although it has many advantages, it also has two disadvantages. One is that the cooling capacity of a single air conditioner is not high, and the maximum is only 200W. Second, the energy consumption is very high, almost three times the energy consumption of conventional cabinet air conditioners. Therefore, whether to choose peltier air cooler or not, you need to consider the actual situation.
